Eligibility and Requirements
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications (minimum second division):
- MBA
- MPA
- MSc in Public Policy
- BS in Public Policy and Governance
- Management or an equivalent degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience Requirement
- Three years of relevant administrative experience in public policy, governance, or management.
- Note: Only administrative experience gained after completing the prescribed qualification will be considered.
- Private company experience is acceptable if the company is registered with the Registrar of Firms, SECP, or another regulatory body.
Age and Gender Eligibility
- Gender: Male, Female, and Transgender
- Age Limit:
- Male: 25 to 35 years old plus five years of age relaxation equals 40 years old.
- Female: 25 to 35 years old plus eight years of age relaxation equals 43 years old.
