 Eligibility and Requirements

 Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications (minimum second division):

  • MBA
  • MPA
  • MSc in Public Policy
  • BS in Public Policy and Governance
  • Management or an equivalent degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

 Experience Requirement

  • Three years of relevant administrative experience in public policy, governance, or management.
  • Note: Only administrative experience gained after completing the prescribed qualification will be considered.
  • Private company experience is acceptable if the company is registered with the Registrar of Firms, SECP, or another regulatory body.

Age and Gender Eligibility

  • Gender: Male, Female, and Transgender
  • Age Limit:
    • Male: 25 to 35 years old plus five years of age relaxation equals 40 years old.
    • Female: 25 to 35 years old plus eight years of age relaxation equals 43 years old.
    • Transgender: As per CNIC records
